Boho Beach Co may, at their sole discretion, change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time.  It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms and Conditions to ensure satisfaction with any changes made.  

 

We make every effort to ensure that all information provided is correct. However, we cannot be held responsible for any form of misprint or defect in your order.  Details of your order should be checked and confirmed by yourself when placed and signed off.  We take no responsibility for any incorrect orders placed.

 

Unless any applicable law prescribes otherwise, any agreement made with Boho Beach Co to buy a product, shall be governed by the laws applicable within the Republic of South Africa.

CUSTOMER QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS:

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. We respect our customers’ rights and consistently follow best practice and compliance with all relevant laws. If you are not satisfied with any of our goods, or have any questions or suggestions, please get in touch on hello@bohobeachco.co.za, and we will do our best to solve any problems that may arise.

RETURNS 

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 10 days from date of receipt of your item/s  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it. 

Please contact hello@bohobeachco.co.za to organize an exchange or return. If your return is approved, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
