Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within seven (10) days of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or alteration.
• All original labels and tags must be attached to the garment.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your banking details.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Return Process

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact hello@bohobeachco.co.za with your order number and item details.
• Items must be returned to the address provided by Boho Beach Co.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
